Meets more than I expected and fits nicely in terms of colour as the photo on site suggested

After excessive use of many different helmet brands (incl Kask, Met, Laser etc.) I came across Abus GameChanger v1, and this is by far is the best fitting and most streamlined design bike helmet I've used. I absolutely love the "Eye-wear dock" to store my glasses while not in use and it became a second nature, so much so when I have minor anxiety feeling when I had to use different helmet on my holiday. One of the considerations when choosing this helmet is fixed straps design. While for me it fits well but if for some the fit around and under ears is not right, there is no way of adjusting it. Currently I'm on the second GameChanger, after the first one saved me from serious injury at 45 kph crash, and while on the subject I must 100% commend Mantel Helmet Crash replacement program. The process of return and ordering replacement helmet at 40% discount was swift and transparent. Very happy with that.

I cannot recommend this cycling helmet enough. It is very comfortable without being too snug, and very lightweight. I absolutely love the uniqueness of the design as well: it is effectively aero as it is distinctively eye-catching. There are more than enough vents for hot weather; it strikes a great balance between ventilation and aerodynamics. I had a lovely 75km hard ride in 33 degrees weather in full sunshine.

Ordered the GameChanger along with 2 (POC) helmets to test/compare. The low weight then immediately stands out positively. I also noticed that the other helmets have a wider rim at the front that you are actually peering under when you sit deep. So another plus for the GameChanger. Despite feeling light and "simple", the GameChanger fits like a glove, you forget you have a helmet on. The chin strap also fits nicely. Bike goggles can be put on both front and back. The only drawback mentioned is that there are fewer vents, but after a few rides in hot weather, I don't have any problems with that. Plenty of airflow, as long as you pedal hard enough :-)

Just retired my old Evade, and fancied a change. This was perfect! Aero, great colour and from a brand I had never really considered before! Sits well on my (slightly unusually-shaped) head with or without a casquette and has sparked a lot of conversation on the first couple of club rides. My only gripe is that the straps sit a little higher under my ears than I would ideally like - which is the only thing stopping me giving it 5 stars! I'm looking forward to a lot of happy riding with this one!

I’ve been looking for the gold version for months. It looks great and helps make me stand out from people that wear other more popular helmets. The fit and comfort is the same as the air breaker which is amazing, I hardly ever know I’m wearing it.

The helmet is aerodynamic and at the same time quite well ventilated. The shape and especially the colour look great. The chin strap is kept simple and therefore there are no parts that flap in the wind.

Aero helmet that adapts perfectly to the shape of the head, light and very comfortable. Also excellent on long climbs.

It's got a cool, original look that you'll recognise straight away when you see it on the road. It fits over your head by itself, so it's very comfortable. And for me, who has a narrow face, it doesn't look like a mushroom cloud at all.

Very pleasant helmet to wear, I was expecting it to be much heavier on my head. As stated in the description, it's less ventilated than a "classic" helmet, but it's still pleasant to wear between 20 and 25°C. Beyond that, I need more air. The equipment is transported securely. I'd give it one star less for the rear adjustment system, which doesn't seem as solid as on other brands, to be seen over time. Go for it!

Great helmet that fits my bike perfectly. I chose the colour flip flop. Size M. I am only 57. Fits perfectly with enough room for a helmet cap, bandara or course cap. Ventilation is less, but that's exactly what I chose it for. I wear it in the cold spring or autumn. I hope this will make my head less likely to freeze.

It fits, wobbles and has air, the colour FlipFlop Purple is awesome. The only thing I don't like is the padding, which is almost non-existent, so Abus could probably add a gel version or something. All in all, however, a premium device.

Looks great, fits great, feels aero. What's not to like? Specialized aero helmet challenger for half the price. Bought the red and black which has a nice fade. Previously owned Specialized aero, fits better.

I have a 59cm head measurement. I've found that other brands (Kask, Met, Giro) seem to sit this size right at the bottom end of their Large. So the shell of these helmets seemed large on my head and there was a lot of movement with them. A Large Gamechanger (58cm-62cm) suited my head size perfectly. Adjustments, Strap, Padding are all great and high quality!

Easily the best looking aero helmet on the market. I initially bought this helmet for racing and training in but its so comfortable it is now my go to helmet any time i ride outdoors. Extremely comfortable, with adjustability to tighten the helmet as well as to position it further or lower on your head. I am a size 58 and normally struggle for a helmet that fits well. This is easily the most perfect fitting helmet i have tried, and not only that, it looks sleek and pro. Would definately recommend not only as an aero race helmet, but as an everyday helmet because it it so light and comfortable.
