Description
The Prologo Scratch 2 ensures long days in the saddle won't be a problem! This is because of the patented Active Density technology and a lowered portion in the saddle design. The saddle has 3 different zones. The seating area of the saddle is firm and rigid. This ensures you're both comfortable and efficient when pedalling. The central portion of the saddle, which is prone to pressure, is more flexible and less rigid. This decreases the pressure on your soft tissue, improving your comfort. The front of the saddle has soft padding but is still rigid. When you're really going flat out, the soft padding will alleviate some of the pressure but you don't have to sacrifice efficiency.
Saddle shape
This saddle has a rounded-off rear part, making it highly suitable for riders who move around while they ride and whose hips rock from side to side. The round shape provides more freedom of movement for those riders than a flat saddle could.
Flexibility
This is an S-shaped saddle, meaning it’s raised at the back and lowered in the middle. This S-shape makes it possible for people with an inflexible spine to assume a proper riding position. This has to do with how easy these riders find it to rotate their pelvis. People with an inflexible spine often have more trouble rotating their pelvis, meaning they could use some extra support.
