| The sole is made of plastic reinforced nylon, which is not that stiff, leading to power loss while cycling. |

| With a full carbon sole, the power transfer to the pedals is even better than with this sole. |
| In order to use the shoe with SPD pedals, you will need a separate adapter. This does not come with the shoes as standard. |
| Although the nylon sole has been reinforced with fibreglass it is still not as stiff as a full carbon sole. |
