Cheaper materials make this groupset heavier than the Red AXS groupset.
You need a special XDR body on your wheel to mount this cassette.
The front derailleur shifts less smoothly when the ratio between the front chainrings is different than 13 teeth.
These calipers don't have the 10% extra clearance that the new Ultegra R8100 calipers have, so your brake discs may rub slightly.
Front derailleur doesn't shift optimally if the two front chainrings differ more than 13 teeth.
The use of cheaper materials makes the Force AXS heavier than the Red AXS.
