According to the product specialist

Pros
Mavic Aksium wheels offer unparalleled value for money.
Durable and well Mavic QRM 2RS sealed bearings - something not often found on an entry level wheel set.
The 17 mm wide rim makes it possible to mount 25 to 32 mm wide tyres.
Internal rim width of 18 mm, which is 2 mm narrower than the E 1800. This makes for a lighter wheelset and a better fit with 23 and 25 mm tyres.
23 stands for the rim height, 32 is also available. 23 mm gives more comfort and is lighter, while 32 mm is stiffer and has better power transfer.
The P 1800 wheels guarantee a tight spoke tension and can handle a maximum rider weight of 120 kg.
These durable DT Swiss 370 hubs with 3 pawl body have a good seal against dirt and water.
The rim height of 23 mm provides more comfort compared to the 32 mm high version.
The rim height of 32 mm is stiffer and more aerodynamic than the 23 mm version.
The PR 1600 mid-range wheels from DT Swiss have good bearing quality, sealing and durability.
These wheels from DT Swiss's "PR Series" are one step lighter and stiffer than the "P Series", and represent excellent value for money.
The DT Swiss 350 hubs with the ratchet system engage quickly, ensuring quick acceleration after cornering.
Thanks to the Pro Lock nipple system, your wheels maintain much better spoke tension for a longer period of time.
Great looks for an entry-level wheelset, thanks to the fully black rims.
The internal rim width of 17 mm is ideal for 25 mm tyres, increasing not only comfort but also stability while greatly reducing rolling resistance.
The ABS self-locking spoke nipples keep the hand-spoked wheels perfectly tensioned, which ensures a long wheel life.
Equipped with reliable, low-maintenance and well-sealed industrial bearings.
Cons
The Mavic Aksium wheel set is only available with Shimano 10-11 speed body. A Mavic FTS-L Campagnolo body is can be ordered separately.
Because the rim is only 23 mm high, it provides little to no aerodynamic advantage at higher speeds.
Although the weight is relatively low, it can still be a bit too high for competitive cyclists. For an even lower weight, you can look at a DT Swiss wheelset in the PRC series.
Although the 32 mm high version offers more stiffness, you lose some comfort compared to the 23 mm high version.
The anodised brake track will disappear over time and change colour to plain aluminium.
