Eindelijk een recovery die ik naar binnen krijg

In tegenstelling tot andere hersteldranken die ik niet te drinken vind krijg ik deze wel makkelijk binnen. De smaak is lekker en niet overdreven sterk waardoor deze makkelijk binnengaat na een zware inspanning.

Recommended use: Designed for consumption within 30 minutes after exercise.

Recommended dosage: After an intense workout, dissolve 6 measuring spoons (approx. 88 g) in 250 ml water. After a light workout, dissolve 3 measuring spoons (approx. 44 g) in 125 ml water. Shake before use. It's advised to consume a maximum of 1-2 shakes (88 g of Recovery 2.0) a day.
