The Jagwire Road Sport - Slick Stainless braking cable is an inner cable for road bikes. These Slick Stainless inner cables are polished in order to remove roughness. With this process the surface is smoother than the surface of a PTFE coated cable. Because of the lack of coating the Jagwire Road Sport - Slick Stainless inner cables are more durable and can be used with all outer cables and lubricants. The Jagwire Road Sport - Slick Stainless braking cables are often used for high-end road bikes. These cables won't lengthen because they are pre-stretched during the manufacturing process.
