Good hardware, rubbish software

- Jonathan 13 December 2015

The mechanical part of the trainer is excellent, really solid and holds the bike well. The software is poor. First of all the software file on the CD is corrupt, and need to download from Elite website. After that it installs OK, but the software isn't very intuitive and regularly crashes or doesn't connect with heartrate monitor or the turbotrainer. A good product spoilt by buggy, poor software.
