The semi slick tread offers minimal rolling resistance and a low weight. The slightly raised outer knobs provide enough grip to maintain your high speed when cornering. The center area is made up out of flat, wedge-shaped knobs that keep the rolling resistance low, but still provide enough grip when you need it. The large 2.2 Racesport carcass offers reliable puncture protection when racing and can be ridden at a lower tyre pressure. The extreme properties of this tyre come at a price: lower mileage and limited grip on wet roads .
