The Bontrager Jet WaveCel is a stylish, comfortable children's bike helmet. Thanks to the use of the advanced WaveCel technology, this helmet offers optimal protection against head injuries.
This Bontrager Jet is equipped with WaveCel crash protection. This is a compressible cell structure on the inside of the helmet, which absorbs and processes the energy impact of a fall very effectively. With WaveCel, a child's head is better protected compared to traditional EPS foam helmets.
This helmet is ASTM certified
The Bontrager Jet WaveCel is ASTM certified, which means it meets the necessary safety requirements. This standard goes a step further than government approval tests, as it uses a head shape with a smaller mass to better replicate a child's head. This is, of course, an extremely important detail when designing safe helmets for young riders.
Dialed-fit adjustment system and Fidlock buckle
On the back of the Bontrager Jet WaveCel helmet sits the Dialed-fit adjustment system, a user-friendly dial that makes adjusting the fit fast and effective.
