Description
Saddle shape
This saddle has a rounded-off rear part, making it highly suitable for riders who move around while they ride and whose hips rock from side to side. The round shape provides more freedom of movement for those riders than a flat saddle could.
Flexibility
This is an S-shaped saddle, meaning it’s raised at the back and lowered in the middle. This S-shape makes it possible for people with an inflexible spine to assume a proper riding position. This has to do with how easy these riders find it to rotate their pelvis. People with an inflexible spine often have more trouble rotating their pelvis, meaning they could use some extra support.
Cut-out
This saddle has a cut-out and alleviates pressure for those who often experience discomfort or pressure to their soft tissue areas.

Quality piece at a great price
A bit surprised by the lack of any original packaging, but given the price and prompt delivery, I was very pleased. The quality of the item is great - shame Astute went out of business and discontinued their saddles, so it seems. Have ridden wit this saddle about 4 times, each around 30km only so no long distance experience. So far, very comfortable - even though I understand it takes time to 'break in'. Can move easily along but don't slip up or down the thing. Looks great too on my Genesis Equilibrium. I thought it may look a bit jazzy but nothing like that. think of a Maserati car when you are looking at this saddle.

Description
The Astute Starline is a new addition to the Astute family and has a width of 135 mm. This saddle stands out because of the memory foam used for the saddle deck, which helps daily riders. The titanium rails make the saddle more rigid. Furthermore, it means the saddle copes really well with vibrations given off from the road. The double saddle deck is comfortable yet stable while you ride. The rounded shape is also a new addition to the Astute range, targeting a whole new group of riders who tend to move a little more as they ride.
