The Assos T.cento is the new comfort-orientated bibshort by Assos, and was specifically designed with long rides in mind. The bibshorts are made using Assos' comfortFit principle: less compression and a slightly less tight fit around the waist and stomach. The leg diameter and -length are identical to the T.équipe however. The T.cento is perfect for the larger rider.
The unique pad is a small masterpiece in its own, and has been specifically designed for long distance riders. Ergonomically shaped, slightly thicker padding to improve shock absorption, and boasting a brand-new feature: the kukuPenthouse. The front features a circular insert which offers unparalleled comfort. The Y-frame on your back will keep the shorts in place. The front side of the straps are kept wide over the chest, making them more comfortable and staying clear of your stomach.
A fantastic breakthrough when it comes to comfort. Up until the new S7 line, the pad was fully stitched or glued to the shorts. The GoldenGate breaks the stitch lines at the inguinal region, creating full freedom of movement. The lack of stitches further improves comfort by decreasing friction at this sensitive part of your body.
The front has a thin circular insert, to further improve comfort. The pad moves around less and offers supreme breathability in the genital region compared to its predecessors. The male genitalia are kept cooler, increasing your comfort on the bike.
