The A Dugast Typhoon Cotton is the most frequently used racing tube for cyclocross purposses in the world. The Typhoon is so immensely popular and versatile because of the all-round tread design. By adjusting the tyre pressure to the conditions, you can handle anything from wet grass to dry forest floors. The low and wide lug design keeps the tyre clean during your ride, maintaining grip under mildly muddy conditions.
The tube is made using natural cotton and protected with a neoprene treatment against moisture. This makes applying Aquasure like you had to before something of the past. In short, a handmade racing tube for all-round use. For more muddy conditions you can move to the Dugast Rhino, and with really muddy terrain you could even use a Dugast Ernst.
