Thanks to the high carbohydrate content per energy bar, you give your body a fast supply of energy so that you can continue to perform longer and better. Because the bar contains fibres, the absorption of nutrients is more gradual than with a sports gel. The fibres also slow the digestion process down, which prevents an unpleasant hungry feeling as you feel full for a long time. In addition to being a good source of carbohydrates, the Mantel Energy Bar also contains a light dose of protein. Proteins support muscle strength and restore the muscles after physical exertion. Thus, the Mantel Energy Bar is suitable for long and intense cycling tours.

Mantel's new gel is packed with energy, which is something we find very important. Our employees, many of whom are keen athletes, have been secretly testing it for some time. And now this miracle product is finally available to our customers as well! The gel consists of carbohydrates that provide an energy boost soon after consumption. The high concentration of carbohydrates makes this gel the ultimate sports gel and therefore very suitable for use during intensive training sessions.
The handy packaging of the Mantel Energy Gel is easy to open during your ride. You can then squeeze the liquid gel out of the package and straight into your mouth. This way you can quickly return your full focus to your bike ride.

Mantel Isotonic Sports Drink
One pot of Mantel Isotonic Sports Drink contains 400 grams, enough for 5-10 water bottles and a good number of cycling hours. The added electrolytes in this drink - calcium, potassium and magnesium - ensure proper muscle function; it is important to replenish them during intense workouts. Not only are these electrolytes good for the muscles and their function, they also offer individual benefits during exercise. Calcium, for example, helps to sustain your energy level and muscle flexibility. Magnesium helps to release energy from fat, carbohydrates and proteins.
