Etixx Energy Gel med Maracuja Ginseng & Guarana är en triple energy gel med röd fruktsmak.

Den unika sockerblandningen består av den perfekta kombinationen av monosackarider, disackarider och högre (poly)sackarider. Eftersom dessa kedjor har olika längder, kommer de absorberas av kroppen gradvis. Du kommer att känna en omedelbar effekt, men extra energin förblir också längre tillgänglig.

Ginseng är en bär som innehåller höga doser av naturlig koffein. Det är allmänt känt att koffein kan minska trötthetskänslan och har en positiv effekt på din koncentration.

Tekniker

Preferred use: Etixx Ginseng & Guarana Energy Gel is suitable for all athletes who need a quick fuel replenishment during prolonged efforts. Cyclists, triathletes, marathon runners etc. best use this gel immediately before or during their endurance efforts. Thanks to the added caffeine from the guarana berry, this product is particularly suitable for situations when you can use an extra boost, e.g. during a climb or final sprint. Team athletes may also benefit from it during rest.

Recommended dosage: Depleting carbohydrate stores during exercise is one of the main causes of fatigue. Carbohydrate supplementation before and during the effort can improve the (cycling) performance. If the effort lasts longer than 90 minutes, it is recommended to consume extra carbohydrates. It is recommended to consume approximately 1 to 2 energy gels per hour. Or, consume energy gels in combination with other sports nutrition products until an intake of 60 grams of carbohydrates per hour is reached. A common strategy is to consume energy gels during the more intense phases of exercise. The digestion process of energy gels requires less blood flow compared to other sports nutrition products.
