The Zipp 808 Firecrest Clincher Disc set is a brilliant, aerodynamic wheelset that can be controlled perfectly. It is most at home on asphalt roads that are flat or gently hilly. The aerodynamics win you seconds in time trials or time trials or triathlons. The Zipp 808 Firecrest tubular wheelset is equipped with Zipp’s new 77/177 hubs. These hubs have an adjusted flange geometry and spoke attachment. This makes for a better torsional and lateral stiffness.
