The Vision components stand for top performance with a great price/quality ratio. The fully aluminium Team 30 wheelset shares many features with the high-end wheels in the Vision assortment, including the following: aero bladed spokes, an asymmetric 2:1 lacing pattern in the rear wheel, CNC machined braking surfaces, sealed cartridge bearings, and the assurance of hand-built quality. The 30 mm deep clincher rims offer aerodynamic benefits without affecting weight too much. The CNC machined hubs are durable and spin smoothly. The Team 30 set is only compatible with Shimano 9/10/11 speed cassettes and is an excellent entry level or training set.Weighed by Mantel:

Mounting a cassette to a wheel is easy when you have the right tools. If you buy a cassette remover with a Shimano fit, you can mount Shimano as well as Sram cassettes to your rear wheel. If you have a 9/10-speed cassette, begin by sliding the spacer that is included in the delivery over the freehub body. Then, place the cassette on the body. There is only one way to do this because of the fit of the body. Finally, put the washer on nice and straight and by hand, and tighten it with the cassette remover. This should get it tight enough, but you can also use a torque wrench just to be sure.
User tips
• When mounting the tyres, pay attention to the rotation direction• For 9/10-speed, remember to mount the spacer before mounting the cassette
• Make sure the rim tape sits properly in the rim base

Great product for its price
I bought this wheels last year, been using them for a couple of months. They are great for what I use them , training, commuting and leisure. Would buy them again if needed. Black paint will come off eventually, but both ways looks amazing.

Absolute buy recommendation
The Vision Team 30 wheels may belong to the lower price range, but not in terms of quality and performance. Slightly heavier riders who are happy to compromise on the weight of the wheels are very well served with the LRS from Vision. What's the point of saving 200-300 grams and having to constantly re-centre? A very good LRS for amateur athletes and training, especially in winter.

Good, lightweight wheelset
Good, lightweight wheelset for the price that does what is expected. The only drawback I have found for now is that there was no 10-speed shim included, which is sometimes the case with other wheel sets. The quality of the bearings and general durability I have nothing to comment on yet, we'll see how these survive the winter.

Good wheels for the money
First impression of the wheels is very good, price performance perfectly okay, unfortunately the black brake track is not only completely worn down after 100km, but also changes the braking feel during wear and tends to jerk.

Absolute buy recommendation
The Vision Team 30 wheels may belong to the lower price range, but not in terms of quality and performance. What's the point of saving 200-300 grams and having to constantly re-centre? A very good LRS for amateur athletes and training, especially in winter.

The Vision Team 30 is the perfect wheelset for touring or training. The Team 30 wheels feature several properties also found in Vision's more expensive wheels, such as the aerodynamic spokes with a 2:1 spoke pattern in the rear wheel.
