With the Shimano Ultegra 6700 + CN-6701 10 Speed combi deal, you can finish your bike on Ultegra level. This chain and cassette are made for each other. The grinding has been done very precisely, so you will be able to shift gears perfectly with this combination. In addition, both the chain and the cassette have been given a wear-resistant coating. The weight has also been kept very low, so your bike won't weigh a single gram too much!
The Shimano Ultegra 6700 is ground with great precision. This means that this cassette provides perfect shifting performance, even in the most extreme and demanding conditions. The largest gears are mounted on a lightweight aluminium sprocket holder, which saves weight and brings stiffness to an optimal level.
The Shimano Ultegra 6701 10 speed chain is a very smoothly shifting, light and quiet chain. This chain can only be mounted in one way. The flattened side with text on it is placed on the outside. This will give you butter soft shifting under all circumstances.
The links of the Ultegra 6701 10 speed chain are milled to save the necessary weight. The chain is easy to assemble by means of the supplied shear pin.
Please note:
- The 12/30 can only be used with a special, long cage derailleur. This can be recognised by the 30T logo on the cage.
- The Shimano Ultegra 6701 10 speed chain is only suitable for cranks with two front blades (Double & Compact).
October to March:
• Wash every 200 km
• Rinse after every ride
• Dry and lube the chain after every ride
• Let the bike dry at room temperature
April to September:
• Wash every 300 km
• Rinse after a ride in the rain
• Dry and lube the chain after rinsing or washing
• Let the bike dry at room temperature
