The Shimano 105 5800 crankset uses a BCD of 110 mm in all configurations. This means that the compact chainrings can be replaced easily with a double chainring and vice versa. The new 4-arm design keeps the weight low, without having to compromise on stiffness and strength.

Great value chainring and a doddle to fit.
What’s not to like? , light, good value and easy to fit. When you are changing the whole drive train each season, why go for the more expensive option when this fits the bill perfectly.

Top part, no imitations needed
I had worn out my integra chainring, and was not sure I wanted to spend over a hundred quid on a replacement part. Luckily 105 has the same measurements and with mantels price, meant it was a bargain. Great replacement and transmission working beirusully again. Quick shipping from mantel which helped me get back on my bike sooner.
