Schwalbe has developed a new tyre for the latest trend in the cycling world, the gravel bike. The light-rolling Schwalbe G-One is a great tyre to blast over field- or forest trails. If your frame offers enough space, then you should definitely choose the 40mm version. On the terrain, a larger volume is always an advantage.
The Triple Compound is found in all the best Schwalbe tyres. With the race / cross tyres this technology is called Onestar. This rubber compound has been completely redesigned for the Schwalbe One series. The quick contact surface ensures low rolling resistance as you drive straight on. The flexible blocks on the sides provide a good grip. This combination ensures great results can be achieved on these tyres.
Tubeless Technology
The tubeless tyre is the technology of the future. Tubeless tyres have obvious advantages in speed, comfort, grip and puncture protection. Because of our patented new Micro Skin construction, Schwalbe can make tyres that mount very easily (without inner tubes) while still offering a number of advantages. It is significantly lighter than the current tubeless tyres. Again improved rolling resistance. Completely improved puncture protection. You can also ride the Tubeless Easy tyres with a tube, however, the best features are achieved in the tubeless set-up.
