A nice wheelset with a good ratio between aerodynamics and weight. Already ridden 1000 km with it now and very satisfied. As it is hookless, it is important to use a wide enough tyre and not exceed the maximum tyre pressure. So you have to know what you are doing.

They're easy to fit on tubless bikes, and give you a big speed boost on hills. What's more, they accept 12 Sram gears.

After a few gravel tests, it was clear that the bike was lighter, more responsive and more comfortable. Thank you mantel for the seriousness and the follow-up of the routing of the parcel.

I've only been out once but I really like them.

No problems for now after several hundred km. Consult Zipp website for list of approved tyres. Continental Grand Prix 5000 S TR very easy to fit, and pressurised with ordinary pump. Weight set weighed: 1565 grams.

Used with Continental GP5000S TR tyres to replace the original rims on my bike, it's been transformed. Apart from the weight saving (700g), the bike is much easier to ride. The GP5000s are easy to fit by hand, without tools. I'm very happy with my purchase.

300km has worked perfectly with 28mm tyres on asphalt and better gravel roads

The wheels perform well while cycling, fitting tubeless tyres is very easy. The only downside is that after about 3,000 km of riding, mainly in good weather conditions, the hubs show signs of wear. I have noticed that the bearings in the rear wheel start to turn a bit stiff. Zipp does not use regular industrial bearings, at least if you want the best results, as a result you have to buy bearings from Zipp itself and they are quite pricey. Wanting to avoid any problems in the future, I decided to have the wheels built with hubs from another brand.

I wanted a versatile wheelset with good performance and this is it. This is my 1st experience with tubeless wheels, which is really practical. They're very comfortable. I'm happy with my purchase.

Nice looking wheelset that runs well but nevertheless after 8 months (4,000km) corrosive nipples breaking off resulting in spoke breakage. As a result, all nipples were replaced with brass nipples (no guarantee) this can happen with exposure to air and water. So I thought cycling was an outdoor sport and should be able to withstand that. Moreover, every weekend the bike was carefully polished after week of commuting. I expected more from the upgrade of my bike, in retrospect it turned out to be more of a downgrade. To me, this is a construction defect and not careless use or wear (after 8months)

Fine wheels that bulge wonderfully. Convincing build quality. Downside is that in my opinion they are quite sensitive to crosswinds. Also nice that Zipp lists hookless compatible tires, but due to the warning that tire manufacturers have the final say, there is still sometimes ambiguity (Pirelli).

Was able to get these wheels at Mantel for a good price. They were easy to get tubeless (Conti 5000) and were on the bike in no time. Ridden a few hundred kilometers now and they are great. Easy and fast to get and keep up to speed, and although you don't see much of them while riding: they look great. For this price absolutely the best wheels available! Last but not least: lifetime warranty from Zipp!

I am so far really excited about the LRS. The look is top and I have not yet had the feeling that crosswind could become a big problem. Due to the wide rim bed builds the tire quite wide. I drive a 28er tire, which actually measures 31mm on the rim. The LRS runs very well, at the pressure I have kept to the recommendations from the tire pressure calculator from Zipp / Sram. Even if I could not imagine first that 4 and 4.5 bar work on a road bike - I'm thrilled. The increase in comfort to my last LRS / tire is enormous and yet it runs really fast, can be accelerated well and keeps the speed well. So far, the freewheel is still very quiet, I have the hope that this will change over time. Only in the tubeless mounting initial air in the tires to get was terrible. However, I attribute this to the tires and not the LRS. All in all, I'm really excited and would buy him again - especially at the price here at Mantel.

As usual with Mantel the wheelset arrived quickly and without damage to me. The tires (Tufo Gravel Thundero) went on the rim without any problems and sealed immediately after inflation by compressor. The wheelset rides as expected at Zipp very well and so far no problems occurred. For just over 800€ in my opinion the best wheelset.

The tires I used could all be mounted without tools and hold tight. The low mass of the rim has an extremely positive effect on acceleration and steering behavior. The very quiet freewheel compared to DTSwiss G1800, unfortunately makes a bell on the wheel quite necessary.

Have driven it twice now. After mounting, there was a rattle in the front wheel. It turned out to be a piece of carbon fibre between the rim parts. I find it annoying that the tires still leak after two rides. The tires fit nicely. Wheels are fast and easy to steer. Be careful with side winds.

Was recommended to me by a colleague. No regrets. They are pricey, but light and strong. My bike had small wheels, but with these wheels it looks nicer and more complete. Tubeless suits me well!

Now a week in possession of these wheels for use in my gravel bike. The first thing to notice is the low weight of the wheels while at the same time feeling very solid. Fitting the tubeless tires was really very easy, put them on without tools and inflated without a compressor. The downside I encountered was that they soon fell off, but with the swalbe one tires it was no problem at all. Last weekend I rode the first 200 km with them. Conclusion great fast wheels for a good price.

Already did some rides with the new rims and they run very well ! Maybe also because of the combination of the continental gp 5000 tires ! They look very good and once you get up to speed you really notice the advantage you get out of the rims ! Hookless setup with lower pressure and wider inner diameter is the future I think ! Rim itself can mount from 28 to 55mm tires on both track and gravel !

I have used them for 200 km, but it is obvious the difference of these wheels with the ones I had before in aluminum, no comparison light, comfortable on the flat, and responsive on the climb, a very good quality/price purchase.
