Great help from Martin, pedal was broken, probably due to me falling with the bike. Followed advice to have a new set of pedals fitted. Bike is used daily and runs fine again after service. Kind regards Ina

I went out to get an appointment scheduled. Good reception and indicated my problem. Employee indicated, that they could take a quick look first to see if it could possibly be fixed quickly. Therefore my opinion of customer-friendly! And yes, it was my pedal and the damage was not too bad. Should I have another problem, I won't have to think about where to go.
