Three of us are going to walk the Nijmegen 4-Day Walk. I have ordered products for 3 people. Now I see that the gel 7-pack is only good until 05/2024. Too bad we didn't see that anywhere. The 4 -Daagse is only in July. Doesn't feel right that these are already several months past the date then.

Its texture means you don't need to hydrate after taking it. It's not thick in the mouth and can be absorbed straight away. A very good product

For several years now I have been buying these packs which are inexpensive and effective when lacking some short-term energy for sprints or climbs. They need some time (8-10min) before you notice it in the legs.

I found the SIS gels very pleasant, tasty, sugar-free, not thirst-quenching and in the right quantity (60g). I find the formula very well designed for hydration.

Easy to carry in a jersey pocket, they are effective at the end of a long outing.

Good stuff

The goo gel is of course nothing before or after cycling. But during hard tours it helps a lot. I've been riding well with it for a few years.

Sturdy box with several flavours, good to keep and convenient to try and compare. Gels are liquid enough to get rid of without having to drink water and do not cause stomach upset with me.

Really helped maintain energy levels during a ride along Flanders' most beautiful climbs. I'm new to cycling and always struggled to eat enough during slightly longer rides (which I can rarely make time for). Good bars and gels (like these) make that a lot easier.

I cycle and run regularly and these gels are easy to take and I like the taste.

Bought this box to try different flavours. I have since found my favourite, but actually not one is not really tasty so next time another box. Handy size, easy to take with me on the go. Easy to empty and I then easily take the empty box back in my jacket so I can throw it away at home. Works quickly.

The package is easy to tear open while driving. Have tried all the flavors from the Variety Pack and must say they are all not very sweet, but some do taste a bit chemical. One drawback I find is that there are relatively fewer carbs in it than competing products with a rather large pack, so it is a bit harder to empty completely.

My order was delivered very quickly and met my expectations. The different gels allow me to vary the flavours and are a real bonus at the end of the trip.

Tried many different gels while running and biking, but these are my favorite. The texture is smooth, so you can take this without water. It does give a slightly longer aftertaste than other brands. The sample pack introduces you to all the flavors. Fortunately, the gels are not extremely sweet like other brands so all the flavors are doable. Also in terms of ingredients, the gels are a good addition during long endurance sports.

I generally like these gels. The flavors are quite nice and you don't necessarily need to take water with them (unless you want to drink away the sweet taste). They also fall well on my stomach, never had any problems with them. Only downside is the opening of these gels. You have to tear them to open, but that's not always easy.

I have tried various products as Isotonic supplements none as SIS, besides the good taste and energy value did not leave me with a chemical or doughy mouthfeel.

The gels work well. It's nice that you don't have to drink water after taking them that makes them especially convenient on the course. One minus point there is some lack of flavor.
