With a Magic Mary (front) & a Hans Dampf (rear), a hardtail can go forward on full-trails
Perfect grip on the more technical terrain (rock, roots, wet ground, etc). To optimize grip on Dutch sandy XC routes you have to play a bit with air pressure. Mounting on high carbon rims is a challenge!

Good tyre if you are set up for downhill.
Good downhill tyre. Gives great confidence when cornering. Disadvantage is the heavy tyre. You will compromise during climbing. Good winter tyre, but too heavy for summer

Super grip, stiff tyre to put on (rims: Mavic Crossmax), set of tyre levers wasted on (broken off).

Super grip, gives a safe feeling
Super tyre with very good features, especially in winter. This tyre gives you much more security. Fitting went very well and the rolling characteristics on the road are above expectations
