Top stuff

- Tom, 26 July, 2023

After previous bad experience with Squirt Beadblock, I ended up with this latex on the recommendation of a friend. Where Squirt sealed my leak with no possibility, it was no problem for stan's race Sealeant.

Pros & Cons

Ideal for thinner (racing) tyres
Seals holes
Cannot be inserted through valve
Pricey

Good seal but awkward (haven't had any punctures yet)

- Robbie, 21 June, 2023

I was used to using Schwalbe DocBlue, which I can apply through the valve (inner valve has to come out, of course, and you can use from a bottle or syringe). That won't work with this sealant because it's full of bits/ chunks so you're immediately stuck with blockages. Pouring directly into the tire and then continuing to mount is the only option. That's okay the first time, but less convenient when I need to refill once....

Pros & Cons

Good seal for now
Chunks, pieces in the liquid
Impossible to work through valve

there are pebbles in it

- Daniel, 28 January, 2023

With this sealant there are small stones in it, which makes it impossible to add the sealant through the valve, you are obliged to remove part of your tire, the effect of this sealant I can not say anything about, I suppose it will do its job well with that liquid product with those stones in it

Pros & Cons

Pros & Cons

Easy to use (just check Youtube)
Haven't had to depend the sealing properties yet

On the road without inner tubes !

- René, 22 May, 2022

Made my Surly Ogre Trekking Bike tubeless. Earlier puncture with rear inner tube closed nicely after tubing the wheels. Tyre still just as hard after full week with packs.

Pros & Cons

After a previous puncture with a biotube, it sealed immediately!
Wheels made tubeless in no time at all
Works immediately
Larger holes require additional measures
Not indefinitely with this system.

I would have preferred small sequins ...

- Dominique, 5 July, 2021

I used to use the 'normal' version of Stan's noTubes and on the whole I was satisfied with its effectiveness. Here I've switched to the Race version, but this sealant contains large lumps that make it impossible to fill via the valve.

Pros & Cons

Efficiency
Huge lumps
