The UPS delivery service was a disaster and I wouldn't recommend it at all - it was a battle to get my bike bag back!

The bag is as described, everything fits in, the rain cover has also kept that out

I use this bag both to go to work and to go shopping. I love its elegance and its large volume.

Very nice bag. I didn't want a bag because it was ugly and not practical to put on and take off. This bag is very easy to put on and take off. On the shoulder it looks like a normal bag and doesn't give the impression that you're getting off your bike. You can put a computer, battery and helmet in it at the same time. I was more of a basket case, but this bag won me over.

After using strap once, fastening loop is already torn, so cannot be used. There was only an agenda in the bag.

Bag with lots of space and compartments to store things clearly. Supplied rain cover handy and very necessary due to rain-resistant fabric. Otherwise, the contents of your bag will get wet. With a lot of effort, it can be placed on a bike with a battery near the carrier.

Beautiful bag of good quality. Too bad the leather accents are not made of real saddle leather. I've had it for a few months and experience the following. Inside is a fixed compartment for laptop, folders etc. However, this cannot be taken out (no velcro) so you would get one big interior space and the bag would be lighter. This could make the bag more flexible.

Nice generous bag that you can easily go shopping with too. Is not really a 'bicycle bag Pity that a 15" laptop just doesn't fit in the designated compartment. But it does fit in the larger central compartment and there is plenty of room left over
