Light weight and beautiful design

I have head 60 but size L is just not tight enough and the button on top doesn't allow you to get the helmet 'tight goen enough' on/around the head. Too bad my 30 days are over. A bad buy for me

According to my head size (59 cm), I should be a size L. However, this one is too big. M fits perfectly.

I shouldn't have wasted years with other helmet brands: The Z1 is by far the most comfortable, lightest and best-fitting helmet I have ever worn. No comparison with Giro & Co. The MIPS Voodoo version is a bit more bulky (= sits slightly higher on the head), is noticeably less ventilated and a bit heavier (approx. 30 gr.) - just for information...

Before, I had a helmet with an adjustment wheel on the back of the helmet, which gave me neck pain. But with this one, the adjustment wheel is on top, so there is no pressure on the neck. It is very snug and you hardly feel it. It is a bit big: if you are on the edge (minimum), choose a size smaller.

The helmet is really comfortable and light, with a tightening system that works well. It seems to be noisier and hotter than my previous Giro Fathom, but I need more kilometers to be able to evaluate better. The finishes disappointed me, because the transition between the cover and EPS is not the best, there are always bits of EPS that go over the cover. A helmet of this value should have a better finish.

Very light helmet with good protection,

It's a nice helmet, fits well and doesn't pinch. At the same time, it is not very heavy, so I hardly feel it. The closure system takes some getting used to, but you know what they say: everything gets used, except....

Particularly light in weight. After hours on my head, no problems, no pressure points. The system on the back of the head takes some getting used to, but after getting used to it better than the system at the top of the neck. Only downside is that the glasses cannot be docked properly.

Really impressed with the weight, ventilation, fit, design and price. I have had all Kasks and Giro synthes and Aether helmets and this Lazer Z1 is my favourite of the lot. Highly recommended

Wow. What a helmet, by far the best I've ever had. Previously a wearer of the giro synthe, giro air attack and Bontrager velocis and I can confidently say that the Lazer Z1 is on its own level. Its lightweight , easy to adjust ,comfortable, aero , vents very well and is incredibly cheap for a helmet of this calibre. Not only this! it arrived very quickly and service from mantel was top notch as expected. Absolutely beautiful helmet , 10/10, would definitely recommend.

Big fan of the Lazer Z1 and have bought a new one after finding aero helmets too hot with poor ventilation. The Z1 has great ventilation and fit with the Roll-Sys adjustment system. Looks great too. Fantastic service from Mantel customer service as I wanted a specific colour which they checked and confirmed they had in stock

Tenho alguma dificuldade em arranjar um capacete que fique bem na minha cabeça grande e redonda, mas com o Lazer Z1 não tive problemas, muito confortável e com seu ajuste distinto, fica muito bem adaptado à cabeça. Como vantagens tenho ainda que referir o conjunto extra de esponjas extra, tal como o suporte para a luz traseira.
