According to the product specialist

Pros
This powermeter has proved itself high on the reliability scale.
Thanks to the crank arms, spider and optional chainrings one can easily adapt/ switch out the powermeter.
The double-sided measurement gives an exact representation of the generated power.
This power meter transmits a Bluetooth and ANT+ signal, making it compatible with almost all bike computers.
This power meter provides reliable results and has a low deviation percentage of 1.5%.
This powermeter fits all Shimano Hollowtech II Race cranksets.
This power meter has a high water resistance rating and is resistant to extreme conditions!
With ANT+ and Bluetooth connectivity, this power meter can be paired with virtually any cycling computer.
Mounting this powermeter is very easy.
The AA battery in this power meter lasts very long and is easy to replace if needed.
The crank is very rigid and light.
You can choose the set-up.
You don't need a magnet for the cadence measurement.
The Favero Assioma DUO pedals have an excellent price/quality ratio!
The precise measurement of your pedal stroke makes these power meter pedals extremely reliable.
These power meter pedals can be used with round and oval chainrings.
These power meter pedals are easy to use on multiple bikes, as all you have to do is switch the pedals.
The individual parts of these pedals are replaceable.
Cons
You may need to replace your bottom bracket with one with a DUB fit.
A single-sided power meter is less accurate than a dual-sided power meter.
If you mount this power meter on a 105 R7000 or Dura-Ace R9100 crank, the colour will differ.
The measurement is one sided giving a less exact representation of total power than a double sided power meter.
Some cranks require a spacer between the pedal and crank arm. This increases the Q-factor.
