Cons
The sole isn't as stiff as the one on a true MTB shoe.
As the sole is not very stiff, your power isn't fully transferred to the pedals.
A specialised road or mountain bike shoe will still provide more support than an all-round shoe.
The sole is comfortable and flexible, causing it to bend slightly during cycling, resulting in loss of power.
