Etixx Isotonic

Description

The Etixx Isotonic Powder is a great way to resupply your body’s water reserves, as these are drained through sweat during your workout. The body does this to make sure your core temperature doesn’t skyrocket. Dehydration influences performance, making it extremely important to keep drinking. Ideal to rehydrate yourself, is the Etixx Isotonic Powder (Isotonic drink, pH neutral).

Technology

Recommended use: For efforts that last more than 90 minutes, it is advisable to consume carbohydrates in addition to fluids. The amount of carbohydrates to be taken during the exercise depends on the duration of the exercise.
<1 hour: No need to take carbohydrates during the effort.
1-2 hours: 30 grams of carbohydrates for each hour of the effort (approx. 500 ml of Isotonic).
2-3 hours: 60 grams of carbohydrates for each hour of the effort (approx. 1 litre of Isotonic).
>2.5-3 hours: Up to 90 grams of carbohydrates for each hour of the effort (up to approx. 1.5 litres of Isotonic).

Recommended dosage: Dissolve 35 grams of powder (2 scoops = 35 grams of powder) in 500 ml of water. Drink at least 500 ml for each hour of the exercise. In higher temperatures and during high-intensity efforts it is recommended to drink up to 750 ml or 1 litre per hour.

Warning: A nutritional supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. In addition to physical activity, a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. If you are on a special diet or use medication, it is always prudent to consult with your doctor. Do not use this product structurally in the long term without seeking medical advice.

Storage advice: Store in a cool and dry place (15-22ºC). Keep out of the reach of children.
