The wide tubeless rims make it possible to fit wider (from 25 mm) tyres. At a lower tyre pressure, this offers extra comfort. The wheelset comes with a reliable DT Swiss 370 hub with an easy to maintain 3-pawl system.
Pro Lock Technology
Pro Lock is a process whereby a patented 2-component adhesive liquid is injected into the nipple thread, allowing for extremely durable wheel constructions. By turning the nipple on the spoke, the adhesive is activated and begins to harden. The wheel can still be adjusted after the glue has fully hardened, with only a minimal loss of locking function. As a result, your wheels maintain better spoke tension for much longer. This extends the durability and correct spoke tension by up to 20 times compared to wheels without Pro Lock nipples.
Tubeless ready
These wheels have a tubeless ready rim, which allows you to ride with tubeless tyres and latex. This set-up minimises the chance of punctures. If you do get a puncture, the latex will fill the gap within seconds. Other advantages of riding tubeless are lower rolling resistance, more comfort and better grip. Of course, it is still possible to fit your old-fashioned folding tyres with inner tubes on these wheels.

Fine wheels, too bad about the alu body
Fine wheels, the cassette just eats into the allium body. So feel free to add a few tens to the price for a decent steel body.

DT Swiss and Mantel rims always a guarantee of excellent quality
In replacement of my Dt Swiss 1850 db 23 I decided to buy these new Dt Swiss 1800 db 32. From an aesthetic point of view the 32mm profile has made my Canyon even more beautiful, uphill I did not perceive any difference in spite of the old 23mm in fact the weight difference is negligible, while in flat and downhill the greater aerodynamics of the rim has definitely improved the performance even if the greater width of the rim requires more control because of the wind especially the side wind. As always Mantel sent everything well packed and ahead of the delivery date. Mantel for me is now a one-stop shop for my cycling-related online purchases.

I have been very satisfied so far compared to my old dt swiss 470 wheels. The thing that impressed me most is the smoothness of these wheels . I will update you shortly regarding stiffness .
