The kit includes: enduro catridge bearings, igus ll-glide bearings, double seal system (internal and external seals), hex alloy end caps, o-rings, nuts, sleeve bushings, & bearing removal tool.

Compatible with the following pedals, dating from 2010 till now:

Easy maintenance job on the bike. Recommended to have many years of virtue from your crankbrothers. Already applied several times to my eggbeater pedals.

Risky undertaking, ieg with old eggbeater with plastic tip

It's a complex thing that can go wrong in all sorts of ways even with different youtube videos. I couldn't get my 2011 eggbeater open and had to drill it out. Then I had to hammer the nylon baring into the pedal with a hammer, but after 2 blows the baring broke. I am not a bicycle mechanic, but not clumsy. Here, apparently, I am.
