BORN Magnesium Liquid

Born Magnesium Liquid ampoule is enriched with 300 mg of magnesium (80% NRV) and 45 mg of vitamin C (56% NRV). During exercise, the body will easily lose 1 to 2 litres of moisture an hour. During perspiration, a lot of essential minerals will get lost. Especially during warm training days or during intense exercise, it can be useful to replenish minerals during or after exercise. Magnesium is one of these. A deficit of magnesium can be the cause of cramp in your arms or legs.

Technology

Recommended dosage: Take 1 dose daily, immediately before or after your workout. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Use in case of hypersensitivity is not advised. In case of doubt or uncertainty, consult your doctor.
