As far as I am concerned, one of the finest gels. Once the pack is open, the gel is easy to swallow without the need for water.

Handy to carry came in handy on a brisk bike ride

Used in conjunction with canteens with matodestrine and bars, useful before long climbs and in the second of 5/6 hour rides to make up for energy dips, it is consumed and assimilated well without the need to drink large amounts of water, any residue on the bike is difficult to remove due to the high sugar component.

Great gel, easy to digest and drink on the go. The only problem you end up with two pieces when opening - better to have design like PowerGel or AMACX.
