Shimano XTR V-brake Set

Top quality. For little. And delivered super fast.

They are just normal Shimano brake pads, what can I say. They work well, even in the wet.

Removing brake pads from the holder is easier than putting them back in. I used some lubricant to prevent the Brake pads from breaking when sliding in.

Unfortunately, these pads are just a little too big for the cantilever brakes on my race bike. the similar KOOL STOP R1 brake pads fit much better --- the shimano brakes I unfortunately don't get fitted at all, I would have to do a lot of pressing to do this

These brake pads decelerate very well and the braking force is also easy to dose. Mounting in the tektro v-brakes is easy to do.

These shimano v-brake set brake pads are perfect. Replacing the brake pads on our Koga randoneurs was very easy and the pads fit perfectly. The braking action is very good and noiseless. So no squeaking or grinding of the brake pads. Highly recommended.
