After I had some problems with my new e-bike, I received a voucher to spend in the webshop. I redeemed it for this bike carrier, which saved quite a bit of money, but the bike carrier is a very good one for its price range, very easy to use, you can put E-bikes on it (remove the batteries though) and secure it, just put the clamps in the right place, slide out the rails where the tyres come in and secure it. You can even lock the frame clamps so they can't just take the bike. Very user-friendly carrier and if you want to store it, it takes up almost no space.

Meets expectations. Of course, you have to watch angle folding and unfolding, but it turns out to be very easy.

The product meets expectations. Everything is easily adjustable, making the product very flexible. Unfortunately, the tilt mechanism falters a bit now and then, but that could also be novelty.

I bought the pro user diamond in April. In itself, there is nothing wrong with it, however, the licence plate and the folding lights are the weak spot. we had to cross a bridge with a steep draft. In the process, the licence plate broke off. Better is an integral product. now the number plate hangs on a clip. The rear lights remained undamaged. I would buy a fixed rack knowing what I know now. Then it is a whole and therefore more solid.

Easy to install bike carrier for 2 (e)bikes. Folds up very compactly and can therefore be stored in a bag The 7/13 pole plug is very conveniently conceived. Like most, it is relatively heavy.

We both have electr. bikes with the battery in the frame, we have to do weird antics to attach the bikes. every time you have to shift everything to get off or on. VERY ANNOYING. ANWB to test more bikes in the future????

Great bike carrier and easy to fit.

The product was air mailed to me by Mantel and was perfect for our large electric bikes with extendable beds so the wheel base of 1240mm was firmly on the bed. Very easy to put on the tow bar and the way to tilt the carrier was very easy to operate. I can recommend the carrier also the supplier.
