Does the job well. A little time-consuming to install correctly, but easy to assemble/dismantle the platform afterwards. However, the quality of the stickers that attach the padded seat to the plastic support leaves a lot to be desired.

Solid seat. No complaints from the child even on longer bike rides. The belt hangs open and if you don't close it immediately, it gets stuck in the spokes. I have given my child the task of always closing the belt after getting off the bike. That works quite well.

Handy seat in our case for the electric bike. Since I often use the bike for work and only take the kids on the back on weekends if necessary and on vacations, I find it very handy that once mounted it is fairly easy to put on and take off. This way I can easily put my pannier on during the week and the seat on the weekend.

I find the whole thing quite heavy, especially the bracket. In our case for e bike no problem. On the mtb it is the extra kilos that really matter. The frame mounting block could have used some stiff and resilient material and longer bolts. The diameter frame tube mount is limited. The block slides down over frame when cycling Does not clamp because seems hard plastic on smooth metal. Oval shape of frame of our e bike is not mentioned in manual. Only triangle or square frames are not allowed. Round is. ..but oval?

A very good and robust chair, but very complicated and time consuming to mount on the bike, and some parts did not fit, but the chair could be mounted in place firmly, anyway.

This is such a good seat, I thought my days of exercising with my daughter in the back of the bike were over but this has given me another few years! My daughter loves it and even fell asleep on it the other day! I find the spoke protectors are quite big, I hit my heels on them each time my leg goes around when pedalling, I’m going to have to trim them down.

I'm very happy with this seat for my 6-year-old daughter, who also really likes it. The luggage rack is very practical for schoolbags, for example. On the other hand, I sometimes touch the stays with my feet while pedaling (rockrider 500 M frame).

The package was delivered very quickly (order placed on a Saturday, validated on Sunday, sent on Monday and received on Thursday, with a bank holiday in between). The assembly gave me a few difficulties, but by downloading the digital version of the instructions, I was able to zoom in on certain descriptions to better understand the various stages. I had a scare when it came to attaching the 2nd clamp to my electric-assist bike, but in the end everything was securely in place.

Very comfortable. Our 6 year old daughter was hesitant because of the lack of handle but in fact, we did 20 kms and she didn't move at all. Even in the holes... The foot supports are essential. Top of the range. I would recommend it 100%.

The seat fits well on my bike and was mounted relatively quickly. Folding footrests and additional belt are not negative points, but "nice to have". The spoke protector is quite sharp-edged from behind. It is a bit annoying when locking the bike.

Very practical. The seat is quickly put in place and children are quickly and comfortably seated. The radius cover plates are not really usable, but they're not really necessary either. I would recommend this product. The delivery was fast, very good service.

I had the bobike Junior fitted at a specialist shop. I'm sure it wasn't necessary, but I preferred it for safety. My daughter loves it. She is particularly proud to no longer sit in a toddler seat and climbs onto the seat on her own with the help of the pedals. The pedals can be adjusted individually depending on the child's leg length. They also don't get in the way of driving yourself. I could even attach simple bicycle bags to the luggage rack under the seat. I especially like the fact that everything is complete (seat, pedals, attachment for the seat post AND trouser protector). Ordering and shipping went smoothly and very quickly. My daughter and I are very satisfied. And in the morning it's off to the nursery in no time.

I strongly advise against this. It was installed by a bicycle professional because it was complicated to install. We were able to go for a few rides but twice the child carrier touched the wheel of the bike even though it had been reinstalled by a professional. I wouldn't recommend it at all. We had to finish the ride on foot with my child.

We like it and and it is practical. It would be brilliant to have arm rest but not a problem. The only downside is that there is no place to fit a light at the back for when it gets dark.

The chair itself is practical and good and meets an important demand. The spoke guards do not work very well. In the way of the lock and end up above the child's feet when the lowest position of the footrest. Took all evening to assemble using several youtube films in different languages. Still don't know if the seat is right. We have to get another spoke protector, new lock and new rear light... more cost so. Would have liked clearer information and better spoke protection.

I bought this seat because I often travel with a suitcase on my back, and with a normal seat the suitcase always bumps into the seat. The attachment was not compatible with the standard carrier of my Gazelle Medeo (raised rim under saddle):. so it had to come off to attach the seat. The attachment is done on the frame. First we used the ABS bracket, but it broke the first time we used it with a 17 kg daughter. Presumably the screw was not tightened enough? The design of this long bracket could be better, and in better material. Anyway: exciting moment when the seat suddenly hung loose while cycling - it didn't fall off, but kept 'dangling'. We then reattached it without the long bracket, tightened very firmly, which also damaged the paint on the bike. Seems sturdier now. Pannier can only be attached in closed position (narrow carriers, so my bag always jumps up!), but once unfolded your pannier has to be put somewhere else: you can unfold the carrying handle to the back, but according to the description it can only carry 1 kilo. Good for light school bag, but not for my standard pannier with big lock and mackintosh. As I had to remove my standard bike carrier, I don't immediately have another option. Possibly a (not too wide) pannier could do with a more standard carrier. When the pannier can easily be placed over your carrier, installation does not seem complicated to me. Pictures are small and vague, though. Legs not collapsible, which doesn't bother me that much. Foot protection hangs over the bike's small lock: so a little bit of a hassle when securing the bike, but not too bad because the mudguards do fold a bit. Great concept, but with a few important points of attention. Tightening very, very firmly is one of them. Putting the hooks on the lower fasteners in the right position too. (Is unclear in description, but we did).

Very, very nice children's bike seat, especially for bigger children, I have been looking for such a seat for a long time. I am very satisfied. The assembly and also the mounting on the bike was super fast and easy. We love this seat and it is great fun to ride the bike with my child.

I think the product concept is really brilliant: the seat folds away so quickly and is self-carrying (no need for a luggage rack). The seat and its equipment are very safe. On the negative side: no screws and poorly threaded mounting screws... I spent 1 hour on the last two bolts and the same problem on the two fixings! Fortunately, I ended up finding two compatible bolts with better threads in my stock and I finally managed it, not without difficulty... As for the rest, I have my doubts about some of the plastics (notably the luggage rack opening/closing mechanism) but we'll see with use. I'm pleased though, because there's no other equivalent product and I think the concept is really clever!

The chair is cleverly designed and works as intended. My five-year-old daughter loves it. The pictures in the instructions are a little on the small side, but if you have the slightest experience of using screws, nuts and tools, it's not difficult to assemble. Should fit all normal bikes, but maybe not if you have a mountain bike with a very thick or unusually shaped frame. However, you need to remember to fasten or close the safety strap that secures the child when you don't have a child in the seat. It can easily get caught in the rear wheel and cause an accident otherwise.

The seat is great, but it is difficult to set up with a carrier, the seat "hangs" and is only loosely attached to the saddle, but does not form a 90 degree angle. This only comes about through the lateral supports, a large part of the weight is also on these, instead of on the attachment to the saddle. I don't think that's so good. I removed the luggage carrier, otherwise the seat rests on it or bangs on it again and again. The problem could have been solved by a slightly different construction. The footrests are also not foldable and thus widen the rear of the bike. This could also be solved more elegantly. Otherwise a great seat!

We were unable to fit the seat because this type of seat does not attach to square tubes, so beware of mountain bikes with square tubes from the frame to the rear, the fastening system very specific. We'll be sending the seat back, shame it wasn't explained well enough in the description!

This is a simple, easy to fit bike for slightly older kids (5 upwards). Took about 30 mins to fit with a wee bit of fiddling, and I found it to be really robust once fitted. Only thing missing is something for the child to hang onto - a small handle at the front would be great.

My daughter like it very much

Excellent for older or handicapped children who cannot drive themselves. We have made an extra strap around the chest. This makes the child more stable and prevents it from tipping sideways.

The only thing I can say about it is that the child's footrest is too far forward so my foot rests on it when I'm pedalling.

The chair works well and feels safe, with a footrest, seat belt and protection to prevent, for example, a foot getting into the tyre. It is also good that the chair can be folded and that there is a small fold-out shelf at the back, which works well for a backpack, for example. The only negative is that it is somewhat complicated to install and that the front mount does not fit all bikes, for example depending on the design of the luggage rack. But that could be solved and the chair works well overall.

Just perfect for transporting your four-year-old to and from preschool and activities. Stable and easy to use. Heavy, fortunately I have it on an electric bike otherwise I would not have been able to cycle on all the steep hills.

satisfied good quality, comfortable but we didn't try it over a long distance. It's a shame that the footrests don't fold up because they're quite rough when you rub against them. I'd also like to know if there's a 3-point harness that can be fitted to it, as the belt is a bit light for my 5-year-old. I'd advise tightening the fasteners because my 7 year old daughter slipped when she got on it and the mudguard rubbed on the tyre.

We purchased this seat for our autistic grandson who is 5 in September and who is at upper limit of a conventional child seat. He is not able to use a ‘tow along’ arrangement, but loves to go out on the bike with his dad. The Bobike junior has been a real game changer. It was easy to fit and our grandson is strapped in securely on this sturdy seat. Our son says that it does not throw the bike off balance and the seat folds neatly away when not in use. Our only problem is that our grandson cannot wait to use it each day!

The seat is pretty easy to install, but it definitely needs to be very well tightened or it will slip when in use. Once it's on there properly, it doesn't shift and is a great option for older kids. You'll have to get used to balancing though- not always easy!

This is a very good product and relatively easy to assemble. My only negative would be the seat belt. If you left unstrapped by mistake it could cause a serious accident by going into the spokes. I would prefer if it was a harness belt instead

The only issue I have with it is that my son got his foot stuck in the spokes day 2; shoe came off and it blistered his heel - quite serious really. We do indeed like the seat. Would like the option of over the shoulder straps as going from a seat with arm rests to nothing is a little different and feels less safe. Tried to get tge straps but it isn't an option on a junior Bo bike so as a parent slightly annoyed you don't have the option and puzzled why there are holes for straps but my daughter loves it as she feels more grown up.
