Comfort and design, but lacks robustness.

Hello to you all, I have mixed feelings about this purchase. I've just come back from a month's trip to Mexico, and I used the fizik x4 Terra 1000km for a section of the transmexico. Support + comfort + design 9/10 really satisfied with the comfort having tried other brands. However, I'm rather disappointed with the robustness of the product (3/10), the rubber sole tore off under both feet. So the pair won't do another trip. I wonder if there is even a Fizik product guarantee? All the best, Gauthier
