According to the product specialist

Pros
The 3 mm neoprene material provides warmth and makes the overshoe waterproof.
Thanks to the Velcro closure at the bottom it is easy to adjust the shoe cover to any type of shoe.
The reflective elements ensure that you are clearly visible.
These shoe covers are waterproof, so perfect for wet rides.
The fleece material makes these overshoes comfortably warm.
Nice, snug fit, but because of the stretchable material they're still easy to get in to or out of.
Lightweight shoe covers which are both wind- and waterproof.
These shoe covers are specially designed for off-road use, like mountain biking.
These wind- and waterproof overshoes provide protection against the most extreme winter conditions.
Thanks to the high design, they cover socks up to 20 cm high.
The seams are glued and stitched for optimal protection against rain and wind.
Cons
At temperatures below freezing it is better to go for an even warmer overshoe.
Putting them on and taking them off may require some practice.
The shoe covers are smaller than their size would suggest, so order up to 2 sizes larger than you normally would.
Very little lining, so not suitable for the coldest days of the year.
At warmer temperatures (around and above 14 degrees) these shoe covers will soon be too warm.
Caution: These shoe covers can leave a red shadow on white shoes.
