According to the product specialist

Pros
The multiple versions allow every rider to pick their favourite amount of float.
Unworn cleats let you clip in and out easily and lock into the pedal better.
Each colour has its own degree of float: Red: 0 degrees, Blue: 2 degrees, Yellow: 6 degrees.
Yellow is for anyone starting out in cycling or not 100% sure of their cycling position.
Blue and Red can be used if you have done a bikefit and provide the best power transfer.
These spacers allow you to easily compensate for any difference in length in your legs.
Extra long bolts are included.
With this adapter you can also use your road bike shoes on mountain bikes or spinning bikes.
This cleat protects the SPD cleat properly and leaves no to few prints on the floor.
More grip when walking.
Good power transmission and less wear due to the hard plastic material.
Fits all Shimano SPD-SL system pedals.
Cons
As cleats are prone to wear, they will need to be replaced every now and then.
Engaging your cleats can be a little more difficult, but it doesn't take long to adjust to the new feeling.
-
Maybe not the original cleats, but at least as good!
