According to the product specialist

Pros
The weight of this cassette is very low, so you don't have to carry too much weight!
By means of a special grinding, you can switch quickly and smoothly on this cassette.
This cassette is ideal to use with a double and a triple, and therefore ideal for the MTB or trekking bike.
The price/quality ratio of this cassette is very high.
Even with a lot of pressure on the pedals, your derailleur will switch on this cassette.
This is the only 12-Speed cassette that can be fitted on an 'old style' HyperGlide body.
The 50-tooth rear sprocket gives you extra range for when climbing.
This cassette has an excellent price-quality ratio.
The cassette has a wide range.
Due to the large openings, dirt and mud easily pass through the cassette.
Cons
This cassette is only camptible with Shimano 9 speed drivetrains
This cassette is slightly heavier than an XT cassette and the shift feel is slightly less smooth.
Due to the lack of the '10' as the smallest cog, you fall a bit short while on the flat.
The cassette is a bit on the heavy side.
