Sophisticated heart rate measurement at the wrist
The Polar Pacer Pro uses Polar Precision Prime™ OHR technology to measure your heart rate very precisely at the wrist. This innovation combines optical heart rate measurement with other sensor technologies. This avoids deviations caused by movements that could interfere with the heart rate signal and lead to inaccurate readings.

Ultralong battery life
This watch lasts up to 7 days in watch mode, up to 35 hours when training with heart rate monitoring and GPS, and up to 100 hours in power-saving mode.

24/7 activity measurement
The 24/7 activity measurement automatically counts the movements you make and steps you take. Polar's watches encourage an active lifestyle by giving you a daily activity goal based on your personal data and chosen activity level.

Training features
Get the most out of your workout with the Polar Pacer Pro. When you work out, you put stress on your body's various systems. Training Load Pro™ measures this load and gives you detailed insight. In addition, this watch measures your running ability and gives you a Running Index reading after your run to see your progress. Finally, you can plan training sessions with your own training goals. When you start your session, your device will guide you throughout the entire scheduled session so you can focus entirely on your workout.

Navigation and slopes
Brave the unknown by trusting the Polar Pro to navigate you back to your starting point. Plus, all slopes and routes are visualized by displaying slope angles and elevation profiles. Hill Splitter™ automatically detects all ascents and descents using your GPS speed and distance data, and barometric altitude data. Finally, komoot lets you plan detailed routes on the map. Sync them with your watch and get turn-by-turn route guidance along the way.

FitSpark
Can't decide what kind of workout to do? FitSpark™ workout guidance offers daily on-demand workouts tailored to your recovery, fitness level and workout history. Your watch guides you through each workout session so you can focus on what matters most: the joy of working out. Polar Fitness Tests
The Polar Pacer Pro lets you take different fitness tests, namely a general test, walking, running, and cycling test. This will give you insight into various fitness results, such as your maximum heart rate and VO2max.

The Polar Pacer Pro provides an analysis of your sleep by collecting multiple data. The Nightly Recharge™ recovery measurement lets you see how well you recover from your day's workload at night. SleepWise™ gives you insight into how your sleep patterns affect your energy and alertness during the day and provides bedtime suggestions. Plus, the Serene™ guided breathing exercise helps you relax better. Finally, Sleep Plus Stages™ tracks the amount and quality of your sleep and shows how long you spent in each sleep stage during the night.

Energy Sources
See how your body uses different energy sources during an exercise session. The Polar Pacer Pro breaks down your energy consumption into carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
