The Assos Equipe RS S9 Werksteam is a short cycle trouser for men, which is tailored to the performance-oriented cyclist and competitive cyclist. These cycling shorts offer good muscle compression and have a tighter, aerodynamic fit.
Muscle compression and great comfort
The Assos Equipe RS S9 Werksteam features the Type.441 fabric, which provides compression and great comfort. In addition, this material has the following properties: UPF 50+ protection factor, moisture wicking, long lasting freshness and extreme durability. Only two panels are used for these cycling shorts. The primary textile panel wraps around the lower back and legs, and comes together at the back. This construction allows the padding to stay in place and reduces friction and irritation, as fewer seams are used. The reflective print on the side makes you more visible in dark conditions.
Easticated braces for stability and support
The elastic braces are made in one piece and fit snugly around the shoulders. They offer good support with limited vertical stretch at the back. They also keep the pad perfectly in place when you shift your weight from side to side.
Silicone grip and raw-cut edge
The Assos Equipe RS S9 Werksteam features a minimal silicone treatment. This ensures the trousers stay in place without creating excessive pressure. The trouser legs have a raw-cut edge, which is reinforced with tape. This ensures a very smooth transition between fabric and skin.
EQUIPE RS chamois offers excellent comfort.
