A 2x11 speed circuits on straight handlebars, it’s possible! The Shimano SL-RS700 are perfect in combination with the 105 5800 and the Ultegra 6800 derailleurs. The shifters are suitable for handlebars with a diameter of 22.2mm, which are often used for fitness bikes.
The technology offers the possibility to operate both handles at the same time either with the thumbs or with the index fingers.
