Description
This Shimano 105 5700 10-speed cassette offers excellent value for money and is suitable for Shimano 10-speed gear systems. The teeth have been specially designed to make gear changing even faster.
The largest sprockets are mounted on a lightweight aluminium spider, which makes the cassette lighter without compromising rigidity. A nickel coating makes this cassette more wear-resistant and durable.

User tips
How often should I clean my bike? Regular cleaning ensures that your material lasts longer and that you can enjoy your cycling for longer. How often you need to clean depends very much on the weather conditions in which you ride. Do you ride in all kinds of weather, or only go out when the sun is shining? This affects the degree of wear and tear, and therefore some people will have to clean their bikes more often than others. Use the schedule below as a guide:October to March:
• Clean every 200 km
• Rinse after every ride
• Dry and oil the chain after every ride
• Leave the bike to dry at room temperature
April to September:
• Clean every 300 km

Fine cassette
- Erik 20 April 2023
This 105 cassette lasts a long time, is easy to assemble with the right tools. A bit heavier than the Ultegra/Dura Ace variant, but otherwise a good product.
