Description
The Schwalbe Rocket Ron PaceStar is every racer's dream coming true. This lightweight 'rocket' fulfils almost every requirement at the same time: incredible grip at an extremely low weight. This tyres has all technical refinements on board such as an - 127-EPI-Evo carcass, PaceStar Compound and excellent self-cleaning properties thanks to the open tread profile. The countdown begins! A purebred competition tyre, so the puncture protection and lifespan are limited.

This is the lightweight option. The LiteSkin MTB tyres has no Snakeskin, but its tyre bead will ensures a stable bond at higher pressure. Who's not afraid can make these tyres tubeless with tyre sealant. However, this is difficult with Easy Tubeless tyres.
Triple Star Compounds: Pace Star
Like all Triple Star tyres this tyre is built out of three parts. On the light rolling base in the middle they have used a fast medium compound. This ensures a low rolling resistance when you ride straight ahead. The medium soft outer knobs provide grip when you ride over a technical single tracks. Everything about this tyre is tailored for cross country use.

Nice but hard to seal

A nice pair of tyres but have really struggled to set them up tubeless. The walls of the tyres seem quite porous and although im using Schwalbe Doc Blue, they still go down within a couple of hours. May have to revert to inner tubes.
