Good product at a somewhat high cost
Used alternately with maltodextrins and gels, provides a good energy base especially in the first half of 5/6 hour outings. Need water before and after intake both to facilitate assimilation and to dilute the taste, which is acceptable but decidedly sweet.

Sticky
Unpalatable while driving, the bars stick so hard in the packaging. Then that sticky package in your back pocket, then with the sticky hands on your handlebars.... Yuck, yuck
