I switched from flat pedals to combi pedals, what a world of difference. It takes some getting used to but you don't slip now and you can really apply a lot more power. Top purchase.

Versatile
Very good quality product. Allows dual use, with or without wedges. The surface is large enough for relaxing use, and the pins are sufficiently adjustable.

Fantastic, versatile pedals for any kind of riding
I am extremely pleased with these pedals ever since fitting them on my gravel bike. They are fairly light and are balanced very well so they do not swing round to one side each time you unclip. The SPD side works very well as to be expected with most Shimano SPD pedals. There is a large range of adjustment and the release mechanism is reliable. The platform side is a good size, and the 16 screw-in pins provide more than enough grip when riding with non-cleated shoes. Couldn't recommend these more. I would recommend the upgrade over the PDA530 pedals if you want a bit more grip on the platform sides too.
