Disastrous to avoid
I had this tyre and was very happy with it. I recommended a new set, and I don't know what changed, but it's a real disaster. After 800 km of use, the tread of the tyre "peels" off both sides of the tyre. Mantel replaced the faulty tyre. I put the new one on my bike and after about 1500 km, this time the tread opened up in the middle like a book all the way round the tyre. I should point out that I inflated the tyre to between 6.5 and 7 kg, whereas the maximum pressure displayed is 115 PSI or 8 kg.

do not buy
Not yet cycled 500 km with it, and the tyre looks like it is already completely worn out. Cracks in it, nylon casing coming out. Not what I'm used to from Vittoria.

Disappointing longevity (tyre worn out in 2000 km)
I bought this tyre to replace the old one of the same make and model. The first one lasted about 5000 km before breaking down. However, this one was installed on the bike on 10/062023 and on 14/08/2023 I already have a hole in the tread and you can see the weave of the tyre, even though it only has just over 2000 km. Strangely, the front, which is the same but 26 mm wide, has 7500 km on it and it's not worn out yet. I think I'll go back to the Conti gp 5000.

Smooth, fast and comfortable
I received a set of these straps from Mantel to give my honest opinion. Herewith my experience with these straps. For a year and a half I've been riding almost only tubeless with 28mm tires. It took some adjusting to ride with clinchers again, and in 26mm. I have done about 4-500 kilometers with these tires. I have used Vittoria Rubino Pro (clinchers) for many years to my great satisfaction. Good grip, lots of climbers and hardly any punctures. Is this Corsa better? Yes. The roads are now very dirty and greasy. The Corsa has no problem with that. Even in lesser conditions, it has enough grip, as long as you don't race around corners. You can clearly feel that this is a very supple tire. At 6 bar also very comfortable. I hardly noticed I was riding with both a smashed tire and an inner tube. I can't say much about the resistance to a puncture because of the few kilometers, but if the Rubino is a reference, I don't expect many problems. This tire contains graphene and silica. Also handy with these tires is the wear indicator. Mileage eaters usually know when they need new tires, but it is useful when in doubt. And for the price you don't have to miss out. Compared to some competitors, this tire is cheap. So highly recommended!
