Nice taste and does what it is supposed to do: helps recovery. Compared to electrolyte powder, you do need a lot of scoops for only a small amount of water. So if you exercise a lot, this can will go through it quickly. Furthermore, powder residue does remain in a water bottle, even if you put it in the dishwasher.
